Only the 1 m distance rule applies which we are happy to comply with and our employees wear face masks. All services in the hotel are active again as always, as is our entertainment program with the unique hikes.
You no longer need a mouthguard indoors and outdoors, the 1m distance rule applies. You currently only need a face mask if you help yourself at the buffet, on public buses and in shops.

Cancellation terms
Covid 19: should you not be able to start your vacation, because arrival is not possible due to the recommended precautionary measures for Covid 19, a reservation can be cancelled free of charge till 3 days before arrival. Any advance payment made will be credited for later stays or transferred back.
Our measures are constantly being revised in accordance with our government's WHO instructions.

Otherwise is valid our cancellations policy:
* are free untill 30 day prior arrival
* 29 - 14 days 50 %
* 13 - 0 days 80 %  
* also in case of late arrival or early departure.

Occasionally, something can happen before the start of a trip. With our holiday cancellation insurance you are financially covered. In order to save you any expenses in such cases, we recommend you take out this trip cancellation insurance, with which you are covered by Europäische Reiseversicherung.

IGENE GENERALE

• All employees are regularly trained for hygiene and safety measures and for the corect handling of guests
• All employees wear face masks during their entire working hours
• Surfaces in public areas are disinfected and cleaned several times a day
• Columns with hand disinfectants in different places
• Facial masks and gloves for guests are provided

RECEPTION

• Warm greeting with a covert smile
• Pre-check-in: You can send us your login details online from home
• Check-out: to shorten the time at the reception, we will send you your cost overview in advance by email. You can pay conveniently and quickly at the reception or online
• Upon request, your room will not be entered or cleaned during your stay. If you would like this option, we will grant you a 5% discount (please notify when confirming your reservation)
• Distance rules apply in the house. If it is not possible to keep the distance, we ask you to wear a face mask / cloth.
• No distance rules apply to people in the same room CLEANING AND DESINFECTION
• Separate cleaning utensils are used for each room & suite
• Disinfection of all rooms & suites before guests' arrival. Professional and special cleaning agents from Hollu, EN-certified disinfectants against viruses, are used for disinfection
• The rooms, suites & common areas are disinfected with ozone at regular intervals and ventilated daily
• Sufficient disinfectants are available in all areas

GASTRONOMY - RESTAURANT

• Should guests help themselves at the buffet, guests should use gloves - which we provide - and mouth protection. Children are not allowed to the buffet
• Room service (at additional cost) we offer for breakfast, lunch and dinner
• The prescribed minimum distance is observed in the restaurants
• Processing of the food and preparation of the dishes according to the strict hygienic guidelines according to HACCP

WELLNESS & BEAUTY: we adhere to the legal provisions

• The water in the swimming pool is cleaned with UV disinfection (UVOX REDOX), chlorine and special sand filters
• Use of saunas is possible with restrictions
• During Beauty treatments our staff wear gloves and masks
• Disinfectants and cleaning cloths available to our guests

OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES / WEEKLY PROGRAM

• 3 hikes per week in small groups with your hosts Helga, Hannes & Heidi

CHILD CARE / SKISCOOL (according to legal regulations)

• Care only in small groups, especially outdoors
• Mask requirement for children from 6 years in the play room if they do not respect the minimum distance of 1 meter
• Children’s menu: dishes are served at the table
• Snowsport South Tyrol regulations Covid 19: group courses size depending on the requirements of the legislation; for now
  * up to 5 years maximum 5 children
  * 6 - 11 years maximum 7 children
  * no limit from 12 years
